Ron Paul did not Disvow
Fifteen years ago Ron Paul did not disvow his newsletters… anyone surprised? Anyone? Perhaps that is the reason that few followers show up at his events for the Iowa caucus.
In fact, there are more media at his campaign stops then actual supporters. But a small room highly covered with reporters and cameras creates the image of popularity and enthusiastic followers.
But that does not make Ron Paul a truly popular candidate…

Would someone have been there to ask the "Amateur Paleontologist" about evolution.

The thing that is telling is that everything that comes out of Santorum's mouth, including the "and" and "the" is full-on nutter. But what matters to the supplier of FoxNews is that it is repeated the same way and constantly.
The other day a friend summed up this requirement of the Republican Base as suffering from the Dunning-Kruger Effect, making poor decisions and unable to recognize they are doing so.
And maybe Republicans are more prone to that problem...although it does seem an affliction of both Parties.

Santorum just compared himself to a turtle...which should make you wonder about "Senator Man on Dog" but something interesting...if rather off-putting...is oozing forth:
