Republicans who have been the beneficiary of the three Presidential elections in American history (remember Pres. Tilden, the three terms of Grover Cleveland and of course America's greatest President Al Gore) where the winner of the popular vote was the eventual loser naturally proclaim voter fraud to be a problem -- through fantasy.
